We charge no fee for this service, but would request that, if we spend time contributing to your research or your planned programme / article, or by editing and publishing appeals for case studies (whether or not they are successful in securing volunteers), that our assistance is acknowledged in your article and / or programme by the publication of our contact details. If you ask for our assistance, it will be understood by us that you agree to this condition.

Please note that we are not willing to release the personal details of any group member, because all the groups promoted in these pages operate a strict policy of confidentiality and also because of the requirements of the Data Protection Act of 1998.

NOTE TO LOCAL GROUP MEMBERS

If you might be willing to be a case study volunteer for the presss or media, we would be delighted to hear from you. If you indicate your interest in this, we will NOT pass your details to any media contact without discussing the brief for the article or programme first, and ensuring that you are entirely happy to be involved. The majority of the media enquiries we receive ask for the volunteer to contact them direct for the initial briefing, therefore giving the volunteer the final decision on whether to take part or not.
