| Are you wanting to move on with your life following a relationship breakdown or divorce, but don’t know where or how to start? Perhaps you’ve had a few relationships that have gone wrong and you’d really like things to be different? Or maybe you're still in a relationship, but it isn't working and you don't know how to cope with the situation? Whether you’re male or female, the Breakthrough programme is aimed at helping you to find a new purpose and direction for your life by giving you the opportunity to explore relevant issues, to discover your options and choices, and by suggesting ways of using what you learn to improve your quality of life. It will encourage you to move forward with more confidence, also to form and maintain better relationships in the future. Every Breakthrough programme is facilitated by two or three trained co-ordinators, each of whom has fully recovered from a broken relationship. If you want to get your life back on track, try a Breakthrough programme. Held at venues countrywide throughout the year, Breakthrough runs as an eight-week or a weekend programme so, no matter where you live, you have an opportunity to attend. First Aid Support If you're really struggling just to get through the day and you need some immediate help, visit our First Aid Support page. Telephone and E-mail Support If you need a chat, why not give us a ring. See our Contacts page for full details. Helpful Reading A huge number of self-help books and materials about relationship breakdown are available these days. Being able to talk through the issues involved in experiencing and recovering from relationship breakdown - with someone who has "been there" too - is one of the best ways of aiding your recovery, but books can be very helpful too in helping you to understand your emotions and develop strategies for coping. See our Recommended Reading List for some top titles to start with.
